"Our trip was amazing (because of a gentleman who checked us out yesterday 4/20/2025) we booked through Expedia as we always do we asked for two rooms one king bed one two queen beds. The hotel put us in two different buildings and when we asked if we could be put near each other the lady who checked us in wanted to downgrade our two queen bed rooms to the 12th from from the 35th that was ocean view and a view of diamond head. We stayed in separate buildings, with my mom and boys in that room and us in the Ewa building. The view was beautiful but not as nice as theirs. Other than that the hotel was well maintained, clean, housekeeping was excellent, breakfast buffet was amazing (even though our drinks were not free refiles on soft drinks) the location you couldn't beat but the gentleman at the end made up for the room issue! Thank you to a excellent trip."
