Staff turn A/C off externally, and power to rooms so if phone on charge... it don't charge. Restaurant staff don't understand toast n jam on menu, and charge extra for butter. My rooms cost me £24 per night 2 rooms single occupancy, so £96 advertised at £12 pernight some places... not worth £12 "Very close to Taj Mahal" was the only positive thing can be said. "

"We have stayed at many hotels but the Grand Mercure may have been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel.
