The room was nice but we had very less and small possibilities to put down our belongings especially in the bathroom. The shower was to small and without a door so after showering the toilet and bathroom were completely wet.

Tranquil stay between Elounda and Agios Nicholas
Lovely hotel set above street level so little noise especially around the beautiful pool area. Breakfasts were amazing in form of help yourself buffet. We didn’t eat there at night but apparently very good restaurant. We can preferred to go into Agios Nicholas in the evening where there is a bustling night life but also went to Olga’s a couple of times just a very short walk from the hotel. Good base for visiting this part of Crete. The air conditioning was essential as temperatures were high but it wasn’t as quiet as other hotels’ aircon at night.

Highly recommended! Great service, great variety at the delicious breakfast, great people and great property at all. We are completely satisfied with our choice to accommodate at Meliti Hotel and for sure, once we will be back in Lasithi, it will be our option. Just 8 min by car from Agios Nikolaos city center and from Elounda n Plaka villages, it has a great location in the middle of those two spots with beautiful sea view at the gulf!

Owner/Management doesn't care or have any pride in their property with the worst plumbing ever. The parking area was poorly lit at night so I had to use a flashlight. The parking lot had a deep dip at the entrance that could cause damage to cars entering. The reception, bar, pool and dining areas were fine. The room counters had many scratches and were worn. The toilet only worked on the small flush for one day, trickled all day and then did not work at all. They gave us a bucket to flush it despite us trying to get them to send someone to fix it. They could not move us to another room. The first day there was no water for the shower until I had to find the plumber nearby fixing another room. They admitted they had a plumbing problem throughout the hotel. They did not compensate us for our trouble. The shower head leaked and was loose and the faucet was slow draining. The pool by the room had a big crack and although another layer of glass was added , it did not look good. The place think their posh but I've been to better 2 star places.

Un mauvais choix
Chambre double supérieure avec vue sur 15 unités d’air conditionné et un poteau électrique géant. Le lendemain on nous propose une double standard mais cette fois c’est la climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas (effet ventilateur). Le troisième jour toujours pas de climatisation. Nous sommes partis vers Chania dans un établissement avec tout confort. Salle de bain ridiculement minuscule et lumières dans la chambre. Un bref passage au Meliti à oublier vite.

Der einzigartige Ausblick und die Gestaltung der oberen Zimmer mit Pool und der eigenen Terrasse haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das gute Frühstücksbuffet mit dem tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht haben wir genossen. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas außerhalb und ein Auto somit empfehlenswert.
