"Hotel and facilities were excellent. Rooms spacious. Staff were fantastic, always polite, smiling and on hand to assist. Location of hotel is fantastic. "Three bedroom apartment was excellent - best thing I did was to book this last minute, amazing price, all new, absolutely spotless eateries all around, 24 hour shop next to it that also sells bakery items. We paid a little old man 20 dirhams to park at the side of the hotel - very safe. Staff were also lovely and super helpful - printed our boarding passes for us at no cost, cleaning staff also lovely. "Amazing experience with very welcoming and helpful people in a beatiful old Maroccan style immeculate clean hotel. I felt loved and cared for everywhere in the hotel. Great staff, wonderful pool and beach, very clean spacious room with a small balcony facing to the main street. There are better rooms but I used the room for sleeping only as I spent most of my time on the beach/pool or exploring the area. "

"Fabulous reception staff who provided an excellent service before we arrived - they offered to arrange taxi pick up at the airport which was so helpful. Room was huge with 4 beds for the 2 of us. Breakfast was included and was substantial to set us up for the day. Shower was hit and miss regarding water temperature which was not constant. Bath towels were basic but had seen better days (one had a mark on it). The in-bathroom toiletries: 2 shampoo sachets (hair fall for men) and 2 small soaps....

"Stayed for 4 nights. We had a senior suite which was quite large and very comfortable. Having booked room only, we tried breakfast the first morning, it was average. The walk to the beach front is around 15 mins, and the pool area is basic, having a road the other side of a hedge. "
