"This was the first stay at the Cabins at Colby Lake for myself and a group of friends. I rented the Moose Cabin and loved it! I heard about this place from good friends who had stayed here a couple of years ago. We got in Thursday night for a 4 night stay, with skiing, Carnival fun in Saranac with the Parade, live music, the ice castle, and fireworks. We had camp fires lake side at night and wrapped the weekend with a Superbowl party! All in all a great winter trip. Would love to come back in...

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this cabin located in Tupper Lake in the Adirondacks. I stayed there with my good friend, her husband, and their teenage son. We had plenty of room to spread out while we weren't out and about the area. The location was in a nice quiet area near the main drag, and was close enough to make separate day trips to both Lake Saranac and Lake Placid. Not knowing the area, this was a good first place to stay, and would definitely return to the Adironacks again."

We had booked the cabin for a weekend wedding that was taking place in Lake George… The cabin was clean and the host was very responsive.. it was the just perfect "

"Very cute. Very clean. Very quiet. Host was great and super understanding when we had to cut out trip short last minute and refunded us with very little penalty. Incinerator toilet could be stinky outside at times as it exhausts to the side of the cabin. Overall, great little spot for a quick getaway."

"We had a wonderful stay at Skylight. While it was snowing pretty steadily when we arrived, the walkway was shoveled and we had immediate contact from Jason to help us park in the right place since the snowbanks hid all the signs! The cabin was perfect for us and our two boys, ages 4 and 7. We all cuddled in the loft for a movie on the “magic tv” Saturday night after watching the Winter Carnival fireworks from the dock (it was too cold to haul the boys into town). "This property is simple, sweet, quiet, and fine if you don't need it to be luxurious or perfect. It's a gorgeous setting, away from neighbors. There are some wildlife issues (lots of scurrying in the rafters at night) due to the quiet and remote location. If the power goes out, a loud generator comes on. Having a generator is such a plus, but it was surprising in the middle of the night.The hot tub was great and the wood stove was cozy. Both needed directions from our host who was very helpful...
