"We had an amazing three-night stay at Ledgerock Lodge. From the start, Mr. Rogger and his son made us feel right at home, like part of the family. The view from our balcony was incredible, looking out at the Whiteface Mountains and the beautiful fall colors. "Courtney and Maria were so kind and helpful when my daughter left her Christmas purchases behind in the hotel - we didn't discover until we returned to Ontario. Our daughter suffers from Anxiety and this was her first USA Christmas shopping trip and she was so proud of her purchases and then devastated to realize she left them behind. These ladies went out of their way to find the missing packages and get them shipped back to us - we were so grateful for their kindness. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant - good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms - but these ladies took the stress out of this situation for us. thank you "
