The bidet in room 504 didn't work :( I didn't like the entrance to the parking. Not enough signs for direction. "The temperature of the shower water was not consistent. It would fluctuate from warm to cold and I had to fiddle with the knob to get a decent temperature. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is not the greatest, but it is in walking distance from Union Station. "

"Great location. Wonderful top floor restaurant/bar from which to view the sunset over the beach. Excellent room refresh each day, which a lot of hotels have dropped. Nice amenities. A couple of misses with information from the staff, but this did not detract much from the overall experience. "

"We stayed overnight after attending an NFL game. The location is perfect, especially if you are flying in or out of LAX. The lobby area has plenty of comfortable seating, a couple bars, one bar offered food, and a great cafe with pastries and Starbucks coffee. "

"The walls are thin, we can hear running water from the next room, it sounded like it was raining :). The elevator signs are not very prominent especially when we were told the south tower elevator, we can only see the west tower sign. Front desk folks were excellent, we were allowed to check in early, thank you! "
