"The property itself is great. Rooms are updated and bathrooms updated and well stocked. The restaurant has a view that is second to none. However, the breakfast we had on Saturday morning could have been better prepared by a ten year old child. The two strips of bacon are cut in half, fused together and served cold. The so called hash browns were cubes of deep fried potatoes obviously prepared hours or a day ahead and when you tried to pick up one with a fork the whole lump came up. ...

"My husband and I stayed at Hotel Shediac for 2 nights and we were extremely impressed with everything about it! Very upscale and modern, No carpet at all! The bed was super comfortable and clean! The patio off of our room was an added bonus to sit out and enjoy morning coffee made right in our room! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We are already looking forward to our return next year! "
