« We stayed along with my brother and his family - 6 adults, 2 children and one dog. The house is as described and shown in the pics. Perfect location 5 mins walk from the beach, shop, pub, takeaways. 5 min drive from Cardigan which happened to be holding a food festival on the Saturday when we popped in to get wetsuits. « My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. « We had an excellent stay at the Cart House Cottage. It’s very clean and has all the amenities. We had a nice welcome with wine and chocolate, a friendly dog and lamas. The location is perfect to explore the Pembrokshire Coastal Trail. Technically, there is an ocean view but unfortunately the large shed blocks most of it. The information about to help us explore the region was thorough and much appreciated. We recommend the Cart House. »

« A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future. »

« Everything was as listed comfy and unique.With beautiful surroundings lots of countryside with beautiful views. « We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. »
