"If you’re looking for a place to escape the crowds of Porto and enjoy the beautiful vineyards, then this is your spot. Spacious rooms, small, but nice bar area and rooftop pool. Their wines are great, and food was very good for dinner (especially the octopus). Breakfast buffet was good, plus they made eggs to order along with fantastic bacon. "

"This was an absolutely lovely experience! Loved that they were accommodating to families travelling with children. Our son loved the juice tasting alongside our wine tasting experience. The staff member presenting to us was very knowledgeable, so sweet and kind! We had a few minor hiccups when checking into the room, however they were tended to very quickly and resolved without hassle. We loved the property, all the meals were excellent. Overall such a fabulous addition to our Portugal vacation! "

"This hotel is in a beautiful remote location in the Douro Valley. It is a spa style hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff on desk ere very helpful. We like the dining room food better than the bar menu (just our choice). "
