"What stood out was the receptionists. They were amazing. They arranged taxi for us even when we were out needing a taxi back to hotel. They also shared their insights of specifics of the falls from both countries. It allowed us to arrange travel while there and visited both. Not a complaint but like perspective visitors to know that the hotel itself doesn’t exchange cash. A taxi driver took us to an exchange in town to do that. Having cash is very convenient. "Overall a decent hotel that's a bit old and run down. It is not in the main area of the town so you need to take a taxi or bus to get into Puerto Iguazu. Staff were helpful and friendly and the restaurant was good food at good prices. "
