"Rooms were very loud, lots of indoor and outdoor noise . Overall a little dirty, not fresh and clean, carpets stained ."

"The hotel gave us an upgrade and lots of other goodies. The staff was excellent; very attentive, friendly and competent. The food in the restaurants was very good, as was the service and ambiance. No complaints. Great hotel, but the really spectacular part of the hotel is the beautifully tended gardens."

The management was very responsive and able to come up with an above and beyond offer for something that fell thru the crack. We are super happy and will definitely come back."
