"Great hotel overall to stay at when in S.F. from views, amenities, to price! It’s in a fantastic location, walkable for morning exercise, shopping, restaurants, activities or public transportation & it’s right on the wharf! Our room overlooked the bay & Ferris wheel with large lanai! Hotel has Artsy feel with a fun & creative outdoor space, with games & fire pits! Easy parking! Friendly staff all around from front desk to housekeeper! Room was clean and we always felt safe! Definitely recommend...

"The Westin St Francis is fabulous, as are their staff. Unfortunately the downtown area was hit hard post-Covid with tech workers & others not returning to their offices. The result is many large & small businesses have closed. Other area of SFO are still vibrant & worth the visit"

"Hotel was nice. Parking at hotel was pricey but a $30 less a day option available a few blocks away. The shower only had a tiny rain head shower from the ceiling, very disappointed. A small like 42 inch tv and its placement was across the room and not in front of the bed. "
