"Really nice hotel in Centre of the old town - staff are friendly and helpful and facilities are great. Close to many Restaurants and Bars and shopping. It was a little noisy in the morning but overall a great staff."

"The property is at the heart of old quarter of Hanoi city which was the best thing, plenty of shopping and eating places nearby. However, the room was a but small and the lights were very dim in the room which was problematic. The staff were friendly and the checkin was smooth. Overall a nice stay at a good location."

"All staff are very friendly and helpful! Sofia went out of way in helping us with special requests! They packed nice breakfast for us when we had to leave early for Haling Bay trip. The restaurant staff’s service was excellent and it has nice view of the Cathedral. The hotel is located right in the middle of old quarter and next to Cathedral. Perfect hotel and service. Will come back again. "

"AVOID THIS HOTEL *** SCAM*** The pictures and description of the room we booked showed 2 rooms and a balcony with a city view. It was supposed to be an apartment. Its literally called FULLHOUSE ApartHotel. When we arrived, we had one room, no balcony and a view of a brick wall. We only booked this property because the pictures boasted a pool and lounge area.
