"I had an amazing experience at Pan Pacific London. The room was great, but more so the customer service was amazing. My girlfriend got ill the night before we were supposed to depart to Paris. The hotel helped me extend the stay. They brought my girlfriend fruit, water, tea, extra pillows and checked in on her. When the staff saw me throughout the day they asked how she was doing. Incredible experience that made a stressful time so much easier."

Advertised as a “ 5 star apartment “ .... filthy with broken beds , broken cupboards , no kitchen equipment , boiler broken so no hot water or heating , and a health hazard with a hole in the ceiling light with water dripping through on to your head in the toilet.
