"Service at the hotel was good, especially the Porsche driver. We did have an issue with our mini-fridge not working and also the shower made an annoying squealing sound. Other than that, the room and hotel was very nice. Great area to stay in with lots of good restaurants nearby. "

"The power went out Saturday night and caused the toilet to backup and have brown water in it. Then it started to flush slow . I don’t like the fact it’s no Small refrigerator. I took a pic of the liquor bar in room when I was checking out Tao I wouldn’t be charged for it. Valet takes forever to bring your vehicle and it’s a little bit pricey "

"We had a bachelorette party and the staff went above and beyond in every possible way, especially Josh at the front desk. Our bride to be arrived after the welcome champagne had finished by a little bit so Josh brought us champagne for our group of five upon her arrival. Then he made sure we had all the champagne flutes we needed and a refrigerator for our champagne and caviar to keep celebrating in the room as we got ready for dinner. "
