"Booked two River view rooms with balcony. One of the rooms had heating issues, so they switched that with a no-balcony room. I contacted hotels.com, but wasn’t compensated fairly given the hassles. Other than that, it was quite a good stay for a night. Clean rooms, great river views, and a good restaurant for breakfast."

Property manager managed to find ways to connect with me after unable to contact Expedia that our original property is closed on Sunday and we have to move to another property. The info provided was accurate. The location is really good. Close to city and easy access to metro even though due to COVID we didn’t take public transportation. We will definitely try the metro next time we are here."
