"The DoubleTree continues to maintain its high standards of hospitality. The environment is warm and inviting, and the staff were very professional and approachable. Having a fine restaurant in-house, plus a nice bar area, was perfect. We would recommend this lodging for anyone who wants to stay near the Ontario International Airport."

"We enjoyed our recent stay in this hotel. The room feels clean however, we can smell some weird smell in the hallways going to our room which can be weed smoke smell. We also thought that there is a complimentary breakfast but there's none. The receptionist is nice enough to give us a $20 food money and $10 per person if we open a player's card (since this hotel is also a casino) so we were able to cover all our breakfast in 1 day. "They location is very convenient to nearby attractions. Cleanliness and staff was excellent. Parking felt safe. You can hear people talking and walking by in the hallway from inside the room, but it’s not much of a bother for us. The toilet flush and shower water pressure is a bit weak, so if that’s a priority, just keep that in mind before booking. Other than that, the place is nice and would book again! "

"We stayed 6 nights at the Meridien. The reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning crew was EXCELLENT! Our only complaints were, no free coffee provided for the guests in the morning, the coffee cup at the bar was very expensive and the coffee was mediocre. Self parking was not offered only valet @$23 per day. We have a handicapped plate. Cars without handicapped plates were constantly parked in that area. I suspect hotel employees. "Staff is always welcoming, property is kept and those hot cookies are always a treat. Unfortunately our room was not as clean as the last time we were there. The curtains were a bit tattered, the carpet has stains, the room seemed like it had not been updated in a while but even with all that, the towels were clean and bed was very comfortable."
