"Such a beautiful property- fantastic amenities and excellence in staffing/customer service."

"The ambiance was beautiful throughout the hotel. Staff was friendly, respectful and friendly. We did experience 1 issue in which the room had only 1 hand washclothes in the bathroom. I contacted the front desk to supply the room with more including a bathrobe and had make a follow up call because housekeeping was taking extremely long and I wanted to shower. Other then that small encounter, the hotel was amazing. "

"Great pool area; comfortable bed;our group enjoyed having the lobby area to sit and visit; convenience of the restaurant and hours was nice. Dislikes: the shower didn’t drain well and by the time the water temperature became at least warm and I stepped into the shower, the slow draining water was cold"
