"I loved staying here, my room was great and the location of the hotel is very walkable to many shops and restaurants. The pool was the only disappointment, it looked nothing like the pictures which im sure are of another property"

"Small issues - cable TV didn’t work. Front desk sent a tech and they fixed it. AC wouldn’t go above 68. That wasn’t fixed. Traffic sounds are amplified in the bathroom for some reason. Odd with our room being on the 15th floor. "

"We loved the cozy rooms. The convenience if the Brickell, Miami location. We found the room unclean in the shower and the headboard. We also struggled with the pool bar not bring open at all on Saturday that we could see. We were told by staff the hours werre 12 pm-10pm, then we were told it didn't open until 4pm. We went both times and ir was not open. We were disappointed as we wabted to sit in the sun and have drinks. We made a lot of trips to the rooftop for nothing. "

"This Embassy Suites Hotel could use an update! Taller toilets, new furniture, hooks falling off of the bathrooms doors etc. The front desk staff was not very friendly when we checked in…..but they sure have a GREAT Breakfast in the morning!! "

"We had a suite with a balcony. Toilet would not flush . Dinning service not the best. Sat for long time before they would ask if we wanted to oder anything . Room $$$ would think you could get good sevices"

"Getting to the hotel was the easiest experience we ever had. Check-in super fast. They didn’t tell us much about the property. When we got to our room we couldn’t open the door… it sticks and you had to push it hard. The Tv needed to be attached to the cable and there are absolutely no working plugs by the bed. It’s also not sound proof like they advertised. "
