"The hotel was directly in front of the subway and the noise and vibration was terrible. The valet parking was in the self park so the pricing did not make sense. We did have valet charge removed. No microwave in the room. Breakfast was expensive in the hotel. The area was walkable and the best way to exercise and see natural beauty!"

"We have stayed here before and returned for our anniversary. The room we stayed in could have used a little TLC. The dresser where the tv sits was peeling really bad. The fridge was a little worn and unbalanced. We had to do a little sprucing of the lamps and nightstands with sanitizing wipes but overall the room was nice as usual and the stay was nice and quiet. We will definitely return."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. It was fun and festive during December. Small things were missed that unfortunately make a difference in one’s stay. The coffee supplies were not refreshed in the room one day, there was no lotion or soap in the room upon check in. Another day water was not placed in the room.
