When i walked into the lobby, there was a woman in the lobby waiting to be helped, the front desk person was just out of sight playing on his phone ignoring her. I walked into the gift shop and could see him sitting there ignoring her. Only after i saw him sitting there did he respond to us.when i confronted him, he says he was working on his website."
