"We were not disappointed. The rooms are expensive, but so is efeyrbjnf else in this area. It’s a 7-10 min walk to Rockefeller. Super convenient and located near lots of restaurants and things to do. We got a room with a view of the Hudson. It was stunning. The room was clean and bigger than I thought it would be being that NYC is known for its tiny, cramped spaces. The staff was really nice. "I loved this hotel, such a convenient location and close to Times Square and everything I was interested in doing while in NY. My only complaint is that the rooms were a tad too small. I was traveling with my 2 daughters, and although the beds accommodated the 3 of us, the space was too small. This would be a perfect sized room for 2 grown adults or 1 adult and 2 small children. Nevertheless I liked the hotel, the staff was good, the room was always clean and water, and towels restocked daily."

"I was so impressed by the kindness and courtesy shown to my daughter and I from all the staff. From the doorman to the repai man (who was on the elevator with us), to the check jn staff. Whatever they are doing to train their employees i hope they keep it up! The bed was so comfortable and the pillows big and squishy. The towels were luxuirously soft and the thermostat worked well. The elevators and rooms make the most of every nook and crany. I liked it here a lot and will stay again. "

"Love this hotel and stay here often… the room we stayed needs attention with heating system/ either sauna like or nothing! Bathroom needs major do over- shower needs attention- poor water pressure… broken tiles around the room.. toilet has rust atop near lid… Location is good and staff is friendly!"

"It was a nice hotel. It was clean room and spacious. It was a little noisy inside and outside the hotel. My room was near the elevator and I could hear people talking and could hear some noise like sirens. It was overall nice though. "

"Older well preserved and updated hotel with larger guest rooms than any other mid to economy hotels I have seen in NYC so far. Great stay for the price, nostalgic experience "
