"The so called village is extremely convienient and build as many of them around the country and I would compare it to Stowe, VT. The condo has been remodeled and I am not judging the quality of work.the owner was extremely responsive with any concernes. Our issue were dirty sheets that appeared to be more cleverly cheated by the cleaning service than really cleaned - issue solved new sheets provided. "The home was clean, although it showed its age. It accomodated our group of three families wonderfully. We really enjoyed spending time on the back deck, but it would have been nice to have outdoor furniture available and the deck seems to be in need of replacing (loose railing, deteriorating boards). Overall, we loved our stay. It is a great location and has enough space for big groups to come together and spend quality time."

"This property is in great location. I really love the big window and lake view. It’s has access to the private pier which is a big plus. However it’s quite old. The stove top and oven is not working during our stay. And I suggest bringing your own bedding."

"We rented the Alpine Manor Retreat for my daughter’s ski birthday weekend. This place is great. Great location. Easy to get to Alpine, Pallisades, Tahoe City or Truckee. Clean. We always like that when we walk in. Responsive communication system. Door code didn’t work at first, but was fixed in less than 5 minutes. "
