"The room was amazingly comfortable. It was spacious and extremely clean. The bedding in the room was very luxurious with convenient reading lamps on each side of the bed. The sitting area was also very nice with floor to ceiling windows. "

"It's fine. A little dated, but acceptable. The curtains couldn't be completely closed, leaving light shining in from the house next door, which really interrupted my sleep. Location is great for walking. "

"This was my second time staying at the Madison hotel. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The location was walkable to many attractions and restaurants. I will stay here again the next time I'm visiting D.C."

"Everything was excellent, I was very clean and I had all the amenities that I needed. I was within walking distance for shopping and sightseeing, great location. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again for sure. "

"Great location as far as for what I came to Washington for. This hotel was the closest to the embassy of Ukraine. Within the walking distance. And it was a very good service for 1 night I stayed there."

"You will love this property if you are staying in a room in the backside and not on Glebe. The hospital is close by, and ambulances run all day and night. "

"We came for the Trump inauguration and we enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the front desk was very nice. They do need to update their web site because it says they have a shuttle to the metro greenline & they said they don't do the shuttle any longer. The shower was large & great to shower in & they provided bath wash, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion. It wasn't the little bottles either so it made it nice. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Simple and easy hotel, great for business travelers. they tack on a $25 "amenity fee" which includes a buffet breakfast of poor Holiday Inn level quality. But the location is excellent, rooms nicely sized, and the scale feels human so i will be back!"
