"The hotel was nice. What I didn’t like was their elevator service. So, they had about 3 elevators and they were only using 1. When you need the elevator there is a ring camera at the elevator and you have to press the ring camera button and then wait. When the elevator arrives they have an elevator attendant/operator who is sitting on a stool and asks you what floor then takes you to your floor. I thought this was extremely strange since the elevator is so small it was awkward. The fact that...

"We loved our stay. Beautiful hotel/condo building in a trendy neighborhood. Amalie arena is only a few steps away so it was easy for us to attend a hockey game. Nice grocery store a few blocks away in order to pickup some food and drinks. Very friendly staff. We will definitely return. "

"Great historical building converted to a hotel. A few blocks away from all the downtown activities and attractions so be prepared to walk. No parking at the property and only valet which takes time to get your car as the lot is a few blocks away. "

"From the time we pulled into the vallet the service was very good. We walked in and got our room, and they gave us a glass of wine that hit the spot after a 3-hour drive. We went to the Berns steak house across the street and had the best dinner experience. Before going to dinner went to the hotel bar and the bartender was awesome and very friendly. "

"There was no room for us when we arrived. We did try and contact them days before but got no answers b how to check in. The outside of the bldg. Is worn down. Think we were better off not staying there."
