"I recently stayed at The Alexander hotel and while the overall experience had its positives, there was a significant issue with my reservation. I had specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds, but upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was oversold and my request could not be accommodated. To address the situation, they offered an additional room at no extra charge, which was appreciated. However, the inconvenience of having to separate into two rooms instead of staying together as...

"Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is very slow with serving. Maybe 3 tables with 3-5 people at each table. We waited about 45 minutes just to get our bill each time we ate there. Also, no buffet option when it states a buffet. "

"The place was great, clean rooms, nice staff and easy walking distance to events (2 blocks from arena) and restaurants. My only complaint was noise. It is directly across from bus station and there was a building being demolished across the street too. "
