"The Manager walked out, took keys as we drove in with several other guests in theur cars at 2pm check in. Told to wait till 3:20pm; all returned,,told no manager no keys to office. Chef took over, used his initiatives to get door open and let us all in. Very nice and good accommodation. Liked it. Despite the management the room was nicely made ready. "The location is really good , front on the waterfront. Walking track is just along the water front. Easy excess to the beach and the golf club. One drawback is the construction site right next door. It was noisy which isn’t anything the resort can do about that. The unit we had was spacious and clean. The TV was hard to operate and we gave up after a few gos at it. "

We had electricity power down in the morning for about 1-2 hours in the morning that delayed our depart but the staff were understanding and accommodated the delay for laundry to finish. Very convenient and fascinating location. Our stay was well faciliated and comforrtable."

"The wifi did not work for our entire stay - we tried multiple times to talk to the front desk and were told it would be fixed, but nothing was resolved and no communication or updates. We were then told we would get a call from the General Manager after we checked out but did not receive a call. We are international travellers so not having wifi or internet was extremely inconvenient. "
