"I liked the room, it was very clean and comfortable. Wallpaper starting to come off in the bathroom was noticeable. Tried early check-in and that was not favorable. People I spoke to just weren't sure and not very polite. Person who checked up in was fabulous, professional and very lovely. Enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Thank you."

"We stayed in the Rowboing suite and it was beautiful. The bed was comfy, the bathroom is nice, lots of water pressure and good hot water (that’s been an issue at other hotels lately). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely stay. Will definitely come back. "

"We have stayed at a lot of hotels in the downtown area, but this one was by far, our favorite. The professionalism of the staff was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by everyone we encountered. The room was perfect! The cleanest we have ever stayed in! We will definitely return for another stay. "

"I traveled in early Jan 2025 to visit family in Covington KY. Not knowing the area, I was unsure of what to expect. Covington is an amazing small town and the unit we stayed in was perfect.
