"When you walk into the lobby , you think you will be staying in a nice clean hotel. But the rooms are old and not met the standard of Hilton I am use to. I was in room 524, and the tub did not drain , we were standing in water over our feet even with flip flops on. The vents were nasty, over the shower. The carpets were coming up around the walls. I was moved to another room due to the tub issue. It has a smell to it, we used a half of can of Lysol to try to deal with the smell. The restaurants...

"We stayed on Valentines Day 2025 and had a blast! I was super impressed with how clean it was despite that the Eagles Parade(go birds!) was wrapping up as we arrived. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Our room was clean and had a fantastic view! We loved working out at the gym and the pool looked fun! Neat hotel with so many extras!! "

"The staff were uniformly friendly and efficient. The hotel itself was dated and dingy. The gym was depressing, and I love a good gym, the suana was out of commission, the pool was not attractive. They charged me $120 for a late check out and then I could not get into the room because the battery on the door had expired. "

"Thank God we found a nice, CLEAN place with great customer service. Also, the hotel is easily accessible and gkod valet. Was concerned due to a lot of other properties in the area with mixed reviews but this place definitely lived up to its great rating. Would definitely recommend."

"My stay was nice. The view of the city was great. Some of the furniture was a little banged up but the room was clean overall. I would stay again but next time with a view of the water. The staff was also very accommodating especially during a busy time! Go Birds!"

"I loved the home away from home feeling that you get when you stay here, the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom deluxe was my favorite very spacious very neat and you can’t beat having 2 showers. "

"We attended the Eagles Championship game and the hotel was overbooked and no Longer had 2 double beds. They did a good job in accommodating our reservation and ended up having a pleasant stay. They handled day of parade very well and only let guests of hotel in that space during that activity. The hotel is beautiful and despite all the people and the championship celebrations I heard little noise. I’d stay here again as it is very centrally located to many attractions."
