"We stayed at The Ranch for our son’s wedding weekend. We had our adult daughter stay with us, so the suite was a perfect option. The suite was very spacious so we were able to invite the bride’s family to hang out for a bit in our room. The walk-in closet kept out clothes and luggage out of site while we entertained, and the double vanity was great for make-up and hair prep before the wedding. "Night manager Kathleen rude and unnecessarily insensitive to us because we booked through Expedia. The General Manager however was appalled at our experience with Kathleen upon arrival, upgraded our room, extended our stay in the finest room on the property and did her best to make our stay absolutely delightful. Because of her we would not hesitate to return and recommend this property without reservation. She deserves 6 out of 5 stars. "
