« Our unit was very clean. The unit was well furnished, excellent amenities. Outdoor needs renos. There are stairs, you may need to carry your luggage upstairs. The area is mostly quiet, but... Suites have a communicating door that let the sounds (voices and tv) go through easily. Maintenance starts making noise before 8AM every morning and nobody seems to care; I've talk to people at the desk and the answer I got meant "it is what it is, it won't change, we don't care" »

« The townhouse was very nice with a few exceptions listed below. Shower handle needs tightened, mold in the laundry room ceiling, fourth step on the second floor has a screw head sticking up if you step on it with all your weight, and lastly the matress is appalling you didn’t skimp on any other detail in the townhouse please invest in the thing people will spend the most of there vacation in!!! »

« Very clean. Well equipped. Some dated stuff. Useless, warped dust pan, cracked ceramic floors with grout crumbled and gritting the floors. AC worked well, quiet, but did nit vent into one of the bedrooms. I thought there were no pets, but saw several dogs. Parking was adequate. Beds and sofas very comfortable. No good view balcony. from I could live there all summer. »

« Everything was good. Stairs are pretty but too much to climb with bad back n knees problems. Would like the first floor to be like the second floor. Kitchen n king size bed instead the bunk bed. It would been good for me n my wife. Enjoyed the stay. »

« Incredible beach house - one of the nicest we’ve stayed in and we’ve been renting houses in Duck for 30 years. Comfy beds, great communal space, and every amenity you could imagine. The hardwood/tile floors make everything clean and modern. Definitely a hike to the beach but we knew that going in. Highly recommend this property! »

« We loved the private pool and ample number of bathrooms. We also liked the updated and contemporary decor and close proximity to shopping. The rooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed watching the golfers as we had coffee on the deck. We disliked the location of garbage cans storage close to the entryway which allows flies to enter the premises every single time the doors are opened. »
