"This is a very simple but clean little hotel… we didn’t use the pool so no idea how it is. The breakfast was ok. The staff were very nice and helpful… The location is perfect… We had stayed at large well known hotels at Niagara before but I would say considering the location and cleanliness, this was better… we will definitely go back…"

"Stayed in the superior suite for our honeymoon. View was amazing. Room was cozy, clean. Shower warmed up fast. Only issue was the toilet handle broke. Asked front desk on the way out and it was fixed before we got back. Milestones was incredibly good. The shrimp is amazing. "

"Everything was great! Only thing worth noting. They do not have a private area where you can take a work call. We were on the 22nd floor. The wifi was terrible and our cell service wasn’t great. I had an important video call and there was no where I could take the call. So I had to purchase upgraded wifi. "

"Our booked rooms were not available due to renovations so we were given suites instead. These had excellent views of the falls. The hotel is getting tired looking and needs an update but the location and staff are excellent. "

"Great Stay for Families! We had a wonderful stay! The indoor water park was so much fun for the kids. While the hotel isn’t the newest, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming—especially at the front desk, where everyone greeted us with a smile during check-in and check-out. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!"

"We have stayed here a number of times.Even in the off season they still put out a nice breakfast for a few people.It is close to Clifton Hills.Our first visit was with hockey and we have continued to come back even after the kids are grown."
