"It was a wonderful experience staying at Massini City Garden Hotel. The hotel is very clean. Customer service was very helpful and polite. The breakfast they had was already included in the hotel package. You have the option to have dinner as well but you would have to pay for the dinner buffet. Excellent Stay - but expensive laundry service

"The staff at the front counter were very friendly and helpful regarding our questions about food and transportation, as well as when we needed something in our room. The free breakfast was wonderful. We also at dinner once at the restaurant, and both food and cocktails were delicious. One (of many) reasons for picking this hotel was because they offered "laundry facilities" on-site. We were traveling from Paris and packed assuming we would do laundry upon arriving in Rome. Truth be told, it was a "laundry service" and turned out to be very expensive. I probably could have bought a new wardrobe for what I spent laundering them. "
