"The long walks to your buildings is excessive especially when you have to valet your car in the first building. The valet took a lil longer than expected and the elevators were broken in the tower I stayed so it took 40 min to get to my room the manager did get it fixed immediately. Overall good stay just a few things to address "

"Room was amazing, simple and convenient. The only issue I had was I do realize check in time is 2pm but for the people with early arrival flights I wish they had some sort of way to notify us when our room is ready so we don’t have to periodically check in, we had to wait a good bit for our room but I did appreciate the free bag storage. Staff was also kinda eh, definitely not a great vibe for first time in Miami but hey the room made up for the lack of friendliness from the staff. "
