"Weird checkin process. Reservation was for Roost, but they usher you to The May, which is actually a different address. Confusing layout and poor or nonexistent signage from parking. Asked if I can checkin at 3pm and was told “no problem”, but room wasn’t even ready at 4pm. Room was very nice and clean. "

"The property is quite beautiful on the inside. The one thing that I would say is that it was one of the top 10 loudest hotels we have ever stayed in. We heard everything, including a 130am conversation of a woman cry/laughing. Toilet paper was a very low quality. "
