"love this place.. really good for areaal montana experience, staff is lovely, breakfas really good. the only thing is that the room was not clean 100% we found items in the bathroom and room (papers, hair clips..etc) nothing crazy. beside that evrything was amaizing. "

"We were in West Yellowstone to ski. The hotel is charming. We liked the big lobby with fireplace and the underground heated parking was great. The only problem we had was a problem with the door to our room. It wouldn’t lock so we had to move. It was just a minor hassle and just took 10 minutes "

"The staff seemed busy, so we had a late response. The breakfast is good; just please don't put plastic bags under the food. It could be toxic with high heat. The indoor pool is clean with a hot tub, which is nice for the whole family. "

"I stayed with my family of 5 with 3 children. We absolutely loved it. I love how they have a kitchen and everything I needed was there to cook since I was staying for 8 nights. I loved how we had individual rooms and it was very comfy. Definitely will stay there again."
