"We stayed in bunk beds in a cell room which as you can imagine, is quite small. No room for suitcases, only backpacks. It was clean and comfortable though and had an attached toilet. The dedicated shower for this room was a short walk away. They did however provide bathrobes and slippers for this very reason. We only stayed one night and had a lovely breakfast there. "

"The only reasons I couldn’t give this property 5 stars is due to the spiders in the rooms, and the prices vs quality of the food served in the restaurant downstairs. It’s, by far, one of the most spectacular house hotels we’ve ever stayed at in terms of beauty, comfort, and location. But when you wake up to find a squashed spider on your pillow (which you likely accidentally killed in your sleep -yes there was bug juice on the pillow too), it makes you question a few things. "Lovely friendly welcome by Emma with a glass of Mimosa. A wonderful surprise that we had a hot tub and amazing views. The room was well equipped and very comfortable with extra little touches like the wireless phone charging and coffee machine. They also have geodome lounges in the garden with amazing views and we enjoyed watching the ducks on the pond. The food in the restaurant was first class as was breakfast. A special retreat set an amazing place. "

"We loved our quiet stay at the Corriegour Lodge. Our hosts were engaged in our travel and offered some suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable. We have really only one suggestion. You n ed new bedding. The bathroom was nicely updated and your breakfasts were spot on, but our bed felt tired and more in line for a couple who wish to sleep in the same room but in separate beds. Otherwise our stay was perfect. "
