"Yotel is at a good walking location to restaurants, shopping, train station, Johnie Walker and Christmas Market if you are visiting that time of year. Rooms are very small didn't have much space to open my suitcase, basically a bed, TV on the wall and shower. Room did have a mini fridge. Front desk employees were very welcoming & helpful. Hotel did provide 24hrs free coffee & tea in the bar area."

"You all need to try their cream tea option at the restaurant. Tea with scones! Best scones ive had in my life. Ive been to many high teas in my life and this beats all. Every single bite felt like i was having an out of body experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating to our needs. Very walkable to majority of the attractions and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. Definitely would stay again! "

"We booked for a short 5 day stay and were glad to realise it was such a close proximity to restaurants, souvenir stores, Victoria Street and the famous Edinburgh castle! The staff were friendly upon arrival HOWEVER we were told by one gentlemen that our room was not ready but to rest assure when it would be, we would have a wonderful view of the castle during our stay. When our time came to check in a women gave us our room but it was on the opposite end of the hotel so we did not get the view...

"enjoyed our stay overall. at checkin we were told our room was small and asked if we wanted to upgrade. we declined and were delighted with our cosy room on the 8th floor which offered fantastic views across the city. staff were all very helpful. our only disappointment was breakfast on the first morning which cost £22.50 each. some of the food on the hot buffet was shrivelled and the fried eggs were set hard....disapponting for a hotel of this standard at that price.....even a premier inn...

"Great location. Bang in the middle of town, on the royal mile. 5 min walk to tbe castle. Less than 7 min walk to princes street and 10 min st james quarter mall. Spacious, clean appartment with l'occitane products. Had a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave. Kettle and nespresso machine too. Huge bathroom and shower. Great views from the 7th floor overlooking all of Princes st and the monument. Waverly train station is a few minutes walk, was a bit noisy but didnt notice it...
