"The room was nicely sized and fairly sound proof. There was a moderate amount of ambient noise that could be heard from either side of the room during the early hours of the morning and later at night, most likely as other guest got ready for the day or bed. The bathroom was fairly clean but there were some strands of really long hair left in the shower on the shower wall. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the bathroom because I don’t see how they could’ve been missed. "

"Very nice hotel with comfortable living space. Staff was welcoming. Rotating hot breakfast was nice to start the morning to explore the city. Room cleaning staff is every other day. Drop off is confusing but after knowing the routine, it is OK. If you want self parking and not alone, drive through the self parking lane on the far right but don’t enter garage but perform a u-turn to park next to main entrance. "The room was very nice for the price. We loved that there was a bar/ restaurant right next door. We ate dinner and saw a show in the city and came back to the bar for drinks and entertainment! "

"Super convenient to the airport with shuttle, and inexpensive parking. GM Antonio does a great job with his staff; all that i encountered were super nice and helpful. Very easy to work with to get an item back that i left there TWICE! This is my new go-to hotel when flying out of PIT!"

"Lovely hotel, excellent view of the river, baseball stadium. Quick walk to theaters and markets. Awesome Greek restaurant right across the street where the owner serves each table - fabulous food. The hotel was wonderfully decorated for Christmas and looked magical. We took the opportunity to see MJ the Musical just three blocks away and the next day walked to the Christmas market. Staff helped us find the underground which we took to the incline."

"The hotel was full of families that were there for a dance competition, so of course it was extremely busy in the lobby. I felt the front desk staff was not on top of things due to the full occupancy of the hotel. My example is that fact that no one informed us of the parking garage policy upon check in. "Nice hotel. Convenient. Expected good quality from SpringHill Marriott. Staff was fairly friendly though I’d like them to be more engaging. Was not told when they would service the room but my last night, there was a knock at 5pm from housekeeping, which I declined because it was so late. Walking distance to some restaurants but it was super cold. Uber/Lyft was very convenient and fast. "

"The only option available to book was the part of the lodge that was not updated. We asked for an upgrade at checkin but they were not able to accomodate. Instead the front desk staff provided free breakfast for our stay which was very generous. Loved my spa booking and the staff in the spa. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We got the same server, Willi, at both breakfasts. He was so nice and made it a pleasure. Everything needed was onsite. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! "

"The staff was amazing & professional, especially the gentleman who checked me in when I arrived. I loved the breakfast & the fitness center. Overall the place was clean… but my bedsheets had stains on them. That is my only complaint. I would definitely stay here again. "
