"I loved how quiet our stay was. The only issue I had was returning back from our dinner by 11:25, but they had closed the valet after advising 12am. Also, the room was a little dusty over the bed, but it was a decent hotel in Tampa."

"Services were very good, the staff and cleanliness are excellent. The restaurants are also very good. Only issue is that there was only 1 functional elevator leading to long lines and long climbs which is really not optimal. "

"Excellent place to unwind and enjoy the Ybor City restaurants and bars. Only had an overnight there, quick visit! Room was great. Loved the balcony. The bar across the street was a bit noisy for a time, however. "

"Room was very nice & clean, felt safe, Staff was great, check in process was easy and the staff took time to get to know us. We had a very nice room upgrade. Room service breakfast was delicious. Food options onsite were great. Fun atmosphere, staff was always helpful. Concert venue was awesome. We really enjoyed our visit. "

"Check-in was great (due to Rachel) & received an upgrade since it was our anniversary. Excellent location. Room was nice but had a musty smell. Found a large hole in the bathroom wall where it looks like some repairs were made. Room should be offline until it has been completely repaired. Disappointed about the $50/day parking fee since it is not mentioned. "

"Staff is accommodating and friendly. Due to construction on the outside it was a little challenging to find the entrance. We had no notification that there was no available onsite parking but that it was valet only. Lastly once in the room it felt like a personalized high end stay."

"The right place to stay for shopping at the International mall. What you would expect of a high class hotel. Only negative was you could hear any noise in the hallway and showers being used in another room."

"Our room wasn’t ready at check in, So the manager upgraded us to another room that was ready as we had a small child with us. Excellent customer service & by far the cleanest & most up to date hotel rooms iv ever experienced and I travel a lot. The upgraded/remodeled rooms are truly spectacular. The private beach was so nice. I honestly thought it would be hard getting a chair & umbrella spot (which are free) but the beach area was pretty empty even on a holiday weekend. Very nice. Full service...
