"the hotel was great overall, the one thing we did not expect was how small the rooms were. We have stayed at CitizensM multiple times, but the rooms were just smaller and designed differently for this location. "

"Nice hotel, good location for access to city centre but location around hotel is average, industrial with bins right outside that smelt, breakfast was average and room cleanliness was clumsy. Overall ok and did the job kind of vibe. "

"Located very close to the Central Train Station, this hotel was an oasis in a busy area of the city. The staff, the hotel and restaurant were all perfect. The room was attractive and very quiet even though the area around the hotel is not very pretty. I would stay there again, in a heartbeat. "

"This was my 13th hotel in 18 nights all over central Europe and this was, no doubt, a Hilton property. Their standards were definitely there and it was a great hotel, comfortable, and an excellent staff. Also amazing restaurant and coffee on property. The location is the closest you can get to the train and a short, short, walk to central Amsterdam. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed one night as we wanted to be closer to the airport when we catch our flight the next day. Public transport was not close, had to walk 15min to catch train but otherwise we enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean and very big, friendly staff."

"I liked the check in staff friendly approach and also check out. I didnt like that they didnt explain you needed a voucher or ticket for the return shuttle to airport. I even made a comment that i was looking at the airport shuttle times...at the desk. It would have been helpful in this regard. "
