"Overall the property is clean, beautiful, and I felt safe in the area. My only fault I find for the hotel is the showers. The half wall to block water doesn’t quit do it. Had to have a lot of towels to absorb the water. "

"The property is situated on the back bay and end of SF airport runway so lots of view to be had. The surrounding area appears to be hotels. Easy access to freeway to airport and SF. Pleasant staff. area appears to be safe."

"After a long day and our luggage not arriving.... uugghhh the entire experience at the Hyatt Regency SFO was a 10/10. The check in seamless, they provided toiletries as we were missing luggage. We had a bite to eat and a drink at the bar which is open late ( thankfully). Then as if not enough we left an item behind that when we called the staff was again 10/10 helping us to get it mailed back to our home. So grateful for the staff. Clean room quiet and comfortable. Big fan of this location....
