"Beautiful hotel. It feels more like a luxury apartment than a hotel. Valet in-n-out parking was easy to utilize. Room service is a convenient option. Location is great with beautiful vistas from the two decks on the check-in floor."

"We rented this place for a week. We got a call couple days later hurricane coming so we have to move the furnitures inside ( extremely heavy) I said no send someone to move them. Call back to ask about hurricane policy her answer was you out of luck unless you had hurricane insurance ( first time for us beeing in a hurricane ) the woman should have explained before that august sept we get hurricane so please try to have insurance. We lost 3 days stuck home so that really sucked, we called cause...

Those emails were returned with a simple “request denied.” One day before check-in I received an email with an 800 number to call.
