"The hotel's unique art deco design, was very welcoming and comfortable. Close to all ammenties, Times Square and all the theaters for our 3 Broadway shows. Staff was friendly and didn’t mind at all when asked to show my room card before gettimg on the elevator. "

"The staff was very very friendly and kind. I was on the phone when I walked in my, guest was already there sitting in the lobby and so I was doing three things at once and she just kept smiling and was very accommodating when I was not giving her my attention. I didn't even get done with my check-in when all this was going on and she just patiently waited for me to wrap up my phone call and my guest talking my ear off. 😄"

"The staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. Our room with two queen size beds was typically small for NY (no chair or desk), but very comfortable. Nice shower. The view from our window on the 33rd floor was worth the price of the room. "
