"I was a single woman staying at the property and felt very safe. It would be nice if there was cream and sugar in the room to go along with the coffee. The front desk was always very cordial and helpful."

"The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors conversations. Floor creaks when walking. Room was very small, no place to put up clothes, but one drawer. TV remote unable to work without "rigging" the small box with the ice bucket. Ice only available on one floor. Breakfast was good and variety of options."

"Staff is very friendly and professional. We arrived very late our first night, and the sheets on one of the beds had stains on it. We notified the front desk in the morning and they we very apologetic and changed the sheets. However, I asked that there be some sort of compensation, as it was quite unpleasant. I never did get an answer, was just told the manager would be notified. So that was a bit frustrating. "

"Well we booked the miles motel for five nights and they sent us over to silver Creek apartments which turned out to be bigger place then what we booked, way quieter and more relaxing then our original booking we loved it here and enjoy our stay , great service and they we even great to my service dog too. "

"The facility was nice but the breakfast wasn't that impressive. Oatmeal was add hot water to a package. There was no waffle maker for hot, fresh waffles. Eggs were just lukewarm and sometimes even cold. They really dropped the ball on the breakfast side of things."

"Was greeted by a woman having a bad day, she couldn’t find my registration and said she had to enter it and only had an upstairs room available. I had requested 2 beds and she stated she only had a king room. We agreed and went to the room to find the grounds run down, unkept and not inviting. In the room there was no coffee packets so I asked the front desk for some and she stated she would send someone to the room, never came so I called the after hour number and he stated housekeeping was...

"This was a non smoking room but it reeked of smoke. I did talk to the front desk and didn’t ask to be moved but they said it was because the room next door was a smoking room. Maybe separate the rooms ? All else was great"
