"Maricruz was the first person I met and she greeted me well and took care of my needs well. Danny, Felipe, and the valet manager (didn't get his name) we're also helpful and offered great care with my concerns. The hotel itself is nice but it would have been nice if the pool and jacuzzi were inside the building or at least the jacuzzi. The bar was scantily stocked but it'll get you by. Overall I'd stay here again. "

"This was one of my TOP hotel experiences ever!! The property is exquisite with every amenity available!! Convenient public transportation across the street. Very nice rooftop restaurant. Some of the upfront resort/ luxury tax fees seemed exorbitant, however, I believe it was worthwhile. The staff was competent and professional. The first day, (9/29/24), the elevators were malfunctioning, with only two operating, and the lobby in the 70th floor. They were eventually repaired. The sleeping rooms...

"The staff was pretty good. They were helpful. Had an instacart order that they helped me retrieve. Recommended a great vegetarian restaurant. The staff at the bar, where I ordered food and later a drink was also fantastic. My only complaint is with the valet parking. They charge you $58 a day to park (over$60 including taxes). I didn't take the car out during my whole stay. Had forgotten a couple of items in the car that I needed, and they had trouble finding my car so I had to leave for the...
