Only stayed one night but the valet were great, the receptionists were helpful in giving information, they offered me a free drink (unfortunately I didn't have time to visit their bar but I really appreciated the gesture and would have used it if I wasn't driving around), the breakfast was on time and tasty and delivered in an adorable cloth bundle. "We arrived and were given a room on the 19th floor with an absolute amazing view of the city skyline and the Hollywood sign! Wow! The hotel was beautiful. Very clean. The pool was heated and on an elevated floor. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Parking was simple and was just across the street or a walkway. Walkable distance to the walk of fame and even closer was the Dolby and Chinese Theater. We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was hard to leave- that view was absolutely amazing!...
