"I enjoyed my stay at this property. I did not receive a room upgrade as per Expedias expectation of this hotel. Regardless. I had a wonderful stay. My only comment is that there was ZERO shower water pressure. This may just have been specific to my room. The staff is responsive and friendly."

"My only complaint was that there was construction during our stay and we were woken up early in the morning one morning from someone doing work in the unit next door. Also they were building the boat dock near the pool area which was loud. Other than that, easily a 5 star hotel. Great area, great facility (there was not room service at the time I stayed but it will be available soon) and very easy access to DT Naples and Bonita Springs."

"Although I came down for business, I found the property to be a perfect escape from fast paced world. To begin with, the property manager, Laura, was great and very easy to work with. She met us on site at a later hour than scheduled due to a change in route. The space itself was extremely clean and welcoming. It had every amenity you could think of at your fingertrips and was very convenient. The view from either of the two balconies is fantastic and so relaxing. Overall, I would highly...
