"Ill start this review by saying how lovely this hotel was as a whole, however there were some negatives that need to mentioned. 1. The room, although spacious, was being to look a little tired, and was lacking things you get for a similar price range. The most important of these being pillows. All four pillows were so soft i found it difficult to sleep and woke up with a really stiff neck. "We were greeted at the bar ahead of time and allowed to check in early. We had booked a twin room and was allocated a room on the first floor that was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the linen very good. The room was rather too hot but a fan was provided. Staff were great. Breakfast the next morning was very good and cooked to order . I would definitely stay again. Free parking is a bomus."

"Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was decent. My supply of coffee was topped up with extra sachets when the staff saw that I'd bought my own jar of coffee after I ran out. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)"

"My husband and I opted for a short holiday in Wales and chose to go to Conwy. We chose the Erskine Arms based off reviews and it was even better than we expected. We had a large bedroom with a full bath. Plenty of electrical outlets, a kettle with an array of coffee and tea and plenty of extra blankets. "Love the Wild Pheasant. Brought our 82 year old aunt for a few days. She loved it here as do we as we stay here every August. Myself and husband will be back in August. Food is amazing and staff especially Albie and Clare are so welcoming and very good with the customers "
