"Easy access to the subway was exactly what we were looking for so we did not have to get caught up in traffic downtown. Room was clean and comfortable."

"I liked about the location and the cleanliness. The price is cheaper compared to other hotels so I was OK with shared bathroom. However, there was no breakfast which was a bit upsetting. If you need a quiet place to sleep, you can have problems here since it is a very small place, like a single-person dorm. I stayed for the new year's eve so I did not bother about the noise. Overall, it was a nice stay in terms of its location and cleanliness. "

"Wonderful hotel! We stayed for 11 nights over Christmas / New Year and couldn't fault it. Our room was very spacious and clean and the hotel restaurant / bar had lots of choice and great food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and it is ideally located to explore Toronto. We also booked a very enjoyable trip to Niagara Falls through the hotel concierge who made sure everything went smoothly despite us booking at the last minute. Highly recommend! "

"Rooms were decent but nothing special. No shuttle to the airport and the fitness centre only has treadmills. A little overpriced for the quality of room. It was clean at least and overall decent."

"The hotel is within walkable distance to a lot of great places (CF Eaton Mall, Nathan Phillips Square, Chinatown, etc.). In addition, you can find convenient public transit options: subway (Line 1) or streetcar (505). The nearby area is safe, quiet, and clean. There’s a plethora of restaurants if you’re looking for a quick bite; many of them open late. Upon checking in, the hotel offers delicious cookies and water. I would definitely rebook this place for my next visit. "
